CDR KombuchaLab is an innovative system for the analysis of Kombucha, which is used to optimise the production process obtaining results in real time.

It can be used in all production phases from the beginning of fermentation to the bottling of the finished product, even by anyone with no experience in laboratory techniques.

With CDR KombuchaLab you can perform a complete in-house quality control obtaining real time results of analyses in order to promptly take the best decisions during the fermentation process avoiding dangerous organoleptic deviations.

Alcohol content determination

The high power and sensitivity of the reading cell enable performing of the analysis of the alcoholic content with excellent precision even for very low alcoholic contents.

How are Kombucha analyses performed with CDR KombuchaLab?

The performing of chemical analyses on Kombucha is quick and easy: it is possible to analyse the sample as it is.

In case of turbidity, quick and simple centrifugation of the sample is sufficient before carrying out the analysis.

The reagents are pre-filled and ready to use and it is not necessary to handle toxic or carcinogenic agents or to use suction hoods or to wash the containers and the classic laboratory glassware.

CDR KombuchLab allows accelerating analytical procedures because you can perform 16 simultaneous tests.

Furthermore, CDR KombuchaLab is able to work in Multitasking mode in order to manage the determinations of different analytical parameters simultaneously, even on different Kombucha samples.

For example, the Multitasking mode is used to quickly determine the complete analytical profile of the finished product. In approximately 10 minutes the entire analytical panel available can be determined, characterising the Kombucha from a chemical point of view quickly and easily.

When operating in Multitasking mode, CDRKombuchaLab can place the analysis being worked on in the background to then start another one, with the possibility of returning to the previous analysis at any time.
