Product Overview
Recommended for use in marine photosynthesis projects when comparing oxygen in a light and a dark bottle. Ideal for light sensitive BOD samples as the external black plastic coating blocks all visible light up to 800 nm, inhibiting the production of oxygen by algae.
- Externally coated with a black PVC plastic to block all visible light up to 800 nm
- Manufactured from USP Type I borosilicate glass
- Supplied with a glass robotic stopper and an opaque black over-cap
- For replacement glass robotic stoppers use 227670
