Thermo Scientific X Pro General Purpose Centrifuges are designed to provide exceptional performance, power, and versatility through innovations to support efficiency across applications. With fixed-angle rotor RCF (Relative Centrifugal Force) of over 25,000 x g and swinging bucket rotor RCF of over 7,000 x g, even the toughest separations can be completed with confidence.

Scientists working across biopharmaceutical, academic research and clinical diagnostic applications can choose between ventilated or refrigerated 1.6 L (4 x 400 mL) and 4 L (4 x 1,000 mL) floor and bench multi-purpose models.

Modern, intuitive touchscreen interface offers easy access, programming and monitoring of the centrifuge runs. The interface provides up to 100 run programs, a pre-temp button, a customizable pulse button for quick on-the-fly spins, scheduling features and preventative maintenance queues.	Up to 18 rotor options for our 4 L centrifuges and up to 17 rotors for our 1.6 L models are available to accommodate a variety of sample types and vessels. Select up to 7 Fiberlite Carbon Fiber Rotors (up to 5 Fiberlite options with the smaller models) with their lightweight, durable design and a 15-year limited warranty.
Auto-Lock rotor exchange	Energy efficiency and sustainability
Quick rotor exchange technology helps provide the flexibility to quickly swap between your sample preparation protocols. The easy and reliable push-button system replaces the need for tools to bolt down the rotor, shortening run set-up time. Download Auto-Lock technology Smart Note	Scheduling features and carbon fiber rotors help save energy. The X Pro centrifuges are RoHS and WEEE compliant and utilize recyclable packaging materials. They are manufactured at a certified green energy site (Osterode, Germany).
Safety, ergonomics and convenience	Connectivity
For enhanced ergonomics, the loading height and the lid gripper height decreased and there is less effort required to close the lid due to motorized gas springs compared to previous models. Smart technologies like the SmartSpin imbalance detection and Accumulated Centrifugal Effect (ACE) function provide additional convenience and help support safety.	With the optional Secure-Spin Mode, the X Pro centrifuges allow data collection, reporting, and archiving, as well as management and protection of process data for 21 CFR Part 11 compliance. Once your centrifuge has the Secure-Spin Mode it is also compatible with Centri-Log Plus Data Management Software.
