By turning the left knobs for each independent position, it is possible to?adjust the temperature?of the plate?up to 310 ?C, while the right ones allow setting the?stirring speed from 100 up to 1500 rpm.

The AM 4 is equipped with VELP-engineered?SpeedServo? torque compensation technology?that ensures constant speed even when the viscosity of the medium changes.
