Quantitative fluorescent total protein stain for gels and Western blots

For use with PDVF membranes and Western blot samples of biological fluids with very low protein concentration, 0.1-1μg lysate/lane.​ Choose AzureRed Fluorescent Protein Stain for sensitive detection of total protein on 1D or 2D gels. AzureRed is as sensitive as silver stain and is compatible with downstream Western blotting, mass spectrometry, and Edman sequencing. Because the free dye is non-fluorescent, AzureRed provides very low background and higher signal to noise than other fluorescent stains. AzureRed-stained gels can be imaged with UV or blue light excitation.

Allows you to detect less than 1 ng of protein per band or spot. Non-toxic and biodegradable, for safe and simple disposal. Provided as a 200x concentrated solution.
